This secure deposit page is for confirmed Austinel Reid Photography & Tours bookings only. Deposits are applied to the final session balance. If your package, date, or deposit amount has not been confirmed yet, message Austinel before paying.
Cancellation policy: Free cancellation is available within 24 hours of booking when the booking is made at least seven days in advance. Bookings made less than seven days before the photoshoot cannot be cancelled. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the photoshoot may carry a fee of up to 50% of the total booking amount. If Austinel must cancel because of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, the client will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund processed within 7 business days.
