Booking policy for Austinel Reid Photography & Tours photoshoots, tours, and wedding photography in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking if the booking is made at least seven days in advance.
- If the booking is made less than seven days before the photoshoot, no cancellations are allowed.
- If the booking is canceled more than 48 hours before the photoshoot date, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking amount will be applied.
Owner Cancellation Policy
- In the rare event that the photoshoot is canceled by the owner due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, the client will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.
- If a rescheduled date is not suitable for the client, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days.
